Scar of the shark

This shark was spotted last year 2018 with a tight rope around its torso
and gills. "2018 middle picture" . We tried to cut it free but was not
successful. Now this year 2019 we spotted him again and the rope is gone.
It must have just rotted away! So happy to see this as we thought that he
may not survive. Now only the scar is visible where the rope once was.
